U.S. health officials are investigating a Salmonella outbreak linked to Mexican jalapeno peppers that has sickened 345 people in 27 states, prompting supplier ​Coast Citrus Distributors to recall peppers sent to restaurants including Chipotle Mexican Grill and ‌QDOBA.
